Welcome to Prints of Bellaire. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

 

ORDERS AND PROOFS

 

Every custom order includes a free digital proof. Nothing goes to press until you approve your proof, and the approved proof becomes the final specification for your order. Please check spelling, names, numbers, sizes and colors carefully - our refund policy explains how issues are handled after approval.

 

YOUR ARTWORK

 

When you send us artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and you give us permission to use it to produce your order. You are responsible for making sure your artwork does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights. We may decline artwork that we believe is infringing, unlawful or hateful. Your logo and artwork stay on file so reorders are easy; we will not use them for anything other than your orders without asking you first.

 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

 

Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Payment is due when you place your order. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.

 

COLOR AND PRODUCTION

 

We work hard to match colors, but screens and printed goods differ. Small variations between your monitor and the finished product - and between production runs - are normal and are not defects.

 

TURNAROUND

 

Standard production is 7-10 business days after proof approval; rush production (5 business days) is available on many items. See our shipping policy for pickup and delivery details.

 

RETURNS

 

Custom-printed items are covered by our refund policy. If something is wrong on our end, we make it right.

 

LIABILITY

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any problem with an order is limited to reprinting the affected items or refunding what you paid for them. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed events.

 

THESE TERMS

 

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
