Shipping policy

Every order is printed to order, so timing has two parts: production, then delivery.

 

PRODUCTION TIME

 

Standard production is 7-10 business days, counted from the day you approve your digital proof - not the day you place the order. Rush production (5 business days) is available on many items; contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether your job qualifies. We send a free digital proof on every order. The sooner you approve it, the sooner your job goes to press.

 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

 

Free pickup is available in Bellaire, TX. The pickup location and hours are shared with your order confirmation, and we will email you as soon as your order is ready.

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship anywhere in the United States. Rates and options are shown at checkout. Most shipments arrive within 2-5 business days after production is complete, depending on the service selected. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Oversized items such as large-format signs and banners may ship separately or require pickup; we will let you know before production if that applies to your order.

 

DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

 

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@printsofbellaire.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo - we will make it right per our refund policy. Once a package is with the carrier, transit delays are outside our control, but we will always help you track it down.
